Academia

Dr. Ralph W. Hofmann, MSc has been active in research and teaching since 2012. He has been teaching at Danube University Krems since 2012 and was Professor for Real Estate Development & Communication at the Hamburg School of Business Administration-HSBA and responsible for the MSc-Real Estate & Leadership course from 2018 to 2020. His teaching focuses in particular the areas of project development, stakeholder management & communication, architectural design and urban planning.

Ralph W. Hofmann completed his doctorate at the Bauhaus University Weimar on the subject of real estate branding strategies ("Real Estate Branding Assessment - REBA, development of a Customer-Based Brand Equity (CBBE) model for behavioral brand analyzes in the real estate industry context"). Before that, he studied architecture at the Wiesbaden University of Applied Sciences in the early 1990s and also specialized in real estate project development as part of his Master of Science degree in "Real Estate" at Danube University Krems.

He regularly presents and discusses his academic contributions to real estate and project management, planning topics and real estate brand policy to stakeholders in the real estate industry and to numerous university audiences.
